TCSC Staff

Tom Colucci has served as the TCSC’s Executive Director since 1999. A native of Syracuse, New York, Tom has lived in Martin County for 9 years. His extensive sports management and high school basketball coaching experience, as well as his business interests in New York and Florida, have helped in forging strong relationships with the Treasure Coast community and in attracting sports events to the area.

Rich Nalbandian, Assistant Director, has 26 years of experience in the hospitality industry and knows the value of client servicing. A native New Yorker, Rich relocated to Indian River County in 1989. Rich served as the General Manager at Dodgertown Sports & Conference Center for 16 years prior to joining the TCSC and has worked with major league baseball, professional football, and international sports clubs and organizations.
